Return & Refund Policy

At Lucent Coffee Roasters, we take pride in roasting and shipping fresh, high-quality coffee. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of coffee once it has been shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, a photo showing the issue with your order.

Coffee Preferences

We understand that everyone’s taste in coffee is different. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements simply because a coffee does not match your personal taste preferences.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of each coffee, including roast level, origin, and flavor characteristics, so you can choose a coffee you’ll enjoy.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because we roast and prepare coffee for shipment quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Issues

Lucent Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Lucent Coffee Roasters.
