By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. ONLINE STORE

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Lucent Coffee Roaster specializes in freshly roasted coffee and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, coffee is an agricultural product, and natural variations may occur between harvests, lots, and roasts. Flavor notes are intended to describe the sensory characteristics commonly associated with a coffee and are not a guarantee that every customer will experience the same flavors.

Product packaging, labeling, appearance, availability, and specifications may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3. FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE

We aim to provide customers with fresh, high-quality roasted coffee. Roast dates, processing times, and shipping times may vary depending on production schedules and order volume.

Coffee may continue to release carbon dioxide after roasting. This is a normal part of the coffee roasting process and is not an indication that the product is defective.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Because roasted coffee is a food product, certain restrictions may apply to returns or exchanges.
