Bolivia Caranavi Aljiri

Grown in the lush Yungas region of La Paz, Bolivia, this washed coffee is produced by 19 smallholder farmers in the Collasuyo community. Working together through the Aljiri cooperative, these producers combine generations of coffee-growing tradition with modern quality practices to create coffees that showcase the growing reputation of Bolivian specialty coffee.

Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and processed at on-farm micro-mills to preserve clarity and sweetness in the cup. The result is a clean, balanced coffee with bright acidity, delicate sweetness, and a crisp, refined finish that's equally suited for filter brewing or espresso.

The coffee was grown using organic practices by certified organic producers at origin.
